I'm Anthony Crane, Navy veteran, investor, and introvert serial entrepreneur, and I'm obsessed with learning about how business and Artificial Intelligence can facilitate operations. It's a great time to be alive!

I honestly believe that joining the U.S. Navy was one of the best decisions of my life. That action alone gave me the opportunity to get a jump-start on adulthood and accomplish my dream of visiting Japan.
I didn't know how much I would enjoy my job which started by training in Advanced Electronics and Computer Field in Chicago, IL. That was just the start of a lifelong study of technology; and what a ride it has been!
I lived in Japan for three years (fantastic and beautiful country!) then got transferred to California to become a headhunter ...ok, a Navy Recruiter, it's just that "headhunter" sounds cooler. Herein is where I learned the magic of Marketing and Sales in addition to the soft skills of public speaking and active listening. That was also about the time I bought my first house in 2007.... then the market crashed.
Needless to say my first exposure to being a successful Real Estate Investor was not positive at all, nor was it "successful". I learned a lot of lessons and with the only way to go from there was up. As fate would have it, the future of my military career would land me in Augusta, GA home of the Army base Fort Eisenhower and the biggest golf tournament in the world, The Masters Tournament.
To my delight, the housing market in Georgia is vastly different and I continued buying houses until the end of my enlistment. Georgia had been good to me, so here is where I established my base of operations and founded Anthony Crane Investors Group, Inc. in 2013.
Podcasting and the release of Chat-GPT
The years 2019-2023 will mark a significant turn point in our history. From the worldwide panic and lockdowns, wars beginning in Asia and the Middle East and abundant immigration of refugees everywhere, to the release of Chat-GPT to the public in October 2022.
I started a website and a podcast in November of 2022 titled "Your Money Godfather" which is still up and running today and will be used as an example as well as my first case study of what's possible with the power of Singular Focus AI. In March 2023 YouTube decided to include podcasts to it's already wide array of media formats as well as changing the algorithm yet again! Also by March, AI was already writing songs as well as blog posts and articles. One year after, and AI is capable of deep-fake videos, cloning voices, and creating movies with realistic graphics and amazing production. What do you think awaits for us in the near future?

The Challenge
So I course-corrected, placed the podcast on hold, and shifted to focusing on starting a solo business around the advancement of AI. The choice was to keep up with the times or get left behind. I don't want you to get left behind, if you're here it means you are searching for an answer. Here it is.
One of the many lessons I've learned since I started as a business owner and Real Estate Investor, is that there is only so much work you can do yourself until you need help. Only so many emails you can write, only so many people you can reach out to, and only so much content you can produce... until you have to hire an employee to share the workload with you. Then you can breath a little and start enjoying your business again until (hopefully so) your business grows and you have to hire another employee, then another, and another.
But what if your team is getting too big for you to comfortably manage or you're an introvert like myself, and feel more comfortable working alone at any time you want, on any day, for as long as you want? Be it two hours a week or 14 hours a day? I've always agreed with the notion that entrepreneurs are the craziest people I know, because they're the only ones willing to work 80 hours a week just to not have a 40 hour-a-week job! The two limiting challenges I solve are: reach and productivity. Most small businesses' growth and success are limited by these two shortcomings.
Growth is always good news for your company because it means that the market enjoys what you're offering and they want more of it.
